Question by dobbinscorey: How can the world pull out of this economic recession?
Everyone keeps looking for the next bit of good news supporting the idea that our economic woes are over. We see constant media spin on bad and good news so as to support an unrealistically optimistic view that everything will turn around quickly. How can we expect to make educated and wise decisions when there are those who are in control of the information are trying more to influence and manipulate how people think, rather than give them the information they will need, good or bad, to make realistic adjustments to our behavior and ideas. The truth of it all, that is being constantly shrouded by distractions, and media spin, is that we have a widely unrealistic view of our economy and the problems behind it’s collapse. The biggest truth shrouded is that our system can not support the number of elitists that believe they are entitled to a greater quality of life than the rest of the community. We allow people to take the lion’s share of our resources for manipulating intangibles, or for giving us something else to thing about. We support the idea that our money should make money for us. We no longer have labor, engineering, cooperation, and agriculture as an economic base, only things to be encouraged in our working class, while simultaneously encouraging our kids not to be a part of that class. “Go to college kid. Don’t work like I did.” Bad news folks! Until these ideas are more widely understood and talked about by the general community the good news is bad news, because it represents fake, and wildly unrealistic views in control. Elitism isn’t sustainable, greed isn’t sustainable, and our economy isn’t going to be fixed by a war it is going to lead to one.

Question by venu g: Can New Zealand come out of “slump” after 2011 Rugby world cup?
Is the recession over for Nz after 2011 world cup. Can we predict a boom in the job market. How will we see 2011 year for Nz

Best answer:

Answer by B.G
Sure there must be, otherwise government won’t be spending millions of dollars atm. But I guess it would depend on the market that are related to RWC, such as flight, travelling, or some retail stores will generate higher sales and would require more job opportunities, however there will be also against side. But I am not gonna bother so in overall it would be benefitual.

p.s govt. wont make losses
